Our sessions are crafted based on your needs and objectives using the research-based CliftonStrengths framework. A coach’s job is to provoke thought that leads to greater awareness and understanding, and to ask transformative questions that unlock deep insights. Coaching is a practice that helps stimulate, motivate, and facilitate growth, development, and improved performance.
Change takes time so we’ll meet weekly, bi-weekly or every three weeks. People are busy – cancellations are acceptable with 24-hour notice. While there is some structure to our time together, there is room for flexibility – we pivot based on what’s going on in your world.
