Jonni Johnson, CEO of RockIt Strategy, has been a proven leader, coach, mentor, and business strategist for over 20 years. Her biggest passions are helping people and firms thrive through focused strategic development and growth. She seamlessly cultivates deep engagement, high performance, and well-being through coaching and workshops.

She enjoys helping people understand and leverage their innate strengths to accomplish goals they didn’t consider possible. Her highly customized approach has transformed hundreds of participants to become better leaders and team members with increased focus, improved communication skills, and heightened emotional intelligence.

As a certified Coach and Emotional Intelligence Assessor, Jonni uses Gallup’s research-based CliftonStrengths as a framework to optimize individual and team talents. A strengths-based coach helps leverage what people already innately have within them. This creates increased confidence and efficiency as individuals and teams feel empowered and emboldened when they become more aware of their superpowers and how to use them impactfully.
